It's been awhile since I've posted a menu plan. I still do not plan my menu's by days, because I just never really know what the days will bring. I do try and decide the day before what the next days meal will be. I'll share my list of meals and hopefully you'll find something you'd like to try. A few new items that I've never made before: One Pot Chicken and Brown Rice (recipe from Martha Stewart's Everyday Cooking) and Brown Rice Salad with Spinach and Tomatoes
