Tuesday Four
Simple Questions
It's time again for Tuesday 4 hosted by Anne from Cottage by the sea.
Published each week in memory of Toni Taddeo, it's original author. We keep Toni Taddeo's original idea alive here with 4 questions each week to get you blogging, visiting and learning about yourself and other bloggers. The more people join in, the merrier and the better it gets. We are always looking for topics, subjects and ideas so feel free to chime in if you have idea.
Here are some questions for you.....
1. Do you have any superstitious beliefs? No. I'm not a superstitious person at all.
2. How often do you check the weather? Yes, every day. Here in the PNW I need to know what to be prepared for...heavy rain, light rain...haha. I also will check weather ahead of time before I go on a trip so I can see what I. need to pack. Where do you get your weather reports? I have a few weather apps I use. The weather channel and weather bug. I will sometimes use the apple weather app.
3.What time of your life was the happiest and why do you think that was? Oh gosh. That's a tough one...I don't really know if I can say there was a "happiest" time in life. I think there are so many "happiest" moments over the years of my life. How could life improve for you now? I think so much of our life is about perspective and if we regularly take time to pause and evaluate our perspective, the lens we're looking through I think things will improve. I think me managing my time better could help it improve...realize where I'm wasting time, or not using it wisely. Not meaning I have to be busy, but I'd probably even have more time to relax or do things I enjoy if I managed things better.
4. What things would you ordain to make everyday life happier, kinder, more prosperous, for everyone? Oh sheesh. I don't know. We are all so different from our own personalities, stations in life, beliefs. I think I'd want to ordain that peoples private lives and the choices they make should be theirs. I think that sometimes we want to impose certain things on people according to our values, and beliefs but if the roles were reversed we wouldn't want the same to be done to us. I would ordain that a college degree should not be the deciding factor when it comes to someone being considered for a job. I would ordain that people be willing to share, to barter and trade, that it wouldn't be a fight to afford the healthier choices when it comes to anything.
