Taking in Life Around Me....Sunday Stills: Color Challenge
This #sundaystills challenge is hosted by Terri from Second Wind Leisure. It's a great themed photography challenge that you'll enjoy. I love seeing the other participants interpretation of the theme each week...it causes me to think outside the box. I joined in hopes of it pushing me to get out and take more photos...I have to some degree, but I also like that Terri is okay with us finding photos in our archives, which is also a lot of fun. So check out my photos and then head over to Terri's page to participate or visit other's posts. There are some awesome contributors who always inspire me.
Terri is taking some time off and so she has a few other bloggers jumping in to help out, this week is being hosted by Susanne from Cats and Trails and Garden Tales. Our theme is our monthly color challenge and the color is Jade green or Peridot. I'm going to go with green in general since it has so many variations. Most of the green I find is in nature, even though it is one of my favorite colors, and the color of my eyes. I was a conundrum to my biology teacher when we studied genes because my dad had blue eyes, my mom brown, and I somehow had green.
The green trees in Colorado amidst the fall leaves were just as beautiful!
A little more Colorado scenery above and below.

A lovely assortment of green, Kirstin! I love the beautiful golds of Colorado sprinkled about. And what a wonderful shot of the rainbow! I don't see them often enough here, too much rain, not enough sunshine! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you. the rainbow was fun.
