Taking in Life Around Me....#Flowerhour

My blogging friend Terri has started a new photo challenge #flowerhour and I may try to join in each week. She'll post every Tuesday.

For Valentines Day my hubby got myself, our youngest daughter and her friend who lives with us each these hydroponic tulips from Costco. When we got them, none were blooming. Over the course of the week and a half, it's been fun to watch them bloom. They're so pretty. I'm guessing when they're done, I can plant them outside.

With Joy Unquenchable,
Kirstin

Your tulips are so beautiful, Kirstin! Do NOT plant them outside. Let them die off naurally, dehead them after they dry and save the bulbs. You can plant them outside where you live in October and they'll bloom in March or April!

    1. I was kind of wondering about that....What's the best way to dry them...I don't have a garage, only a pumphouse.
