31 Days of Learning to Breathe: What do you need to breathe in and breathe out?
Keeping it short and sweet tonight because in the days to come we'll dive into more specifics of what we should be breathing in, but in the meantime, why don't you make a list of what you think you need to breathe in, and what you need to breathe (or exhale) out? Think positive in, negative out, but also replacing the negative with positive.
Here's an example....I need to breathe in confidence, and breathe out (exhale) self criticism.
