Living Intentionally: Beach Break

Sometimes being intentional means taking a break if needed. Writing takes me awhile. Words don't yet just flow incredibly easy or fluidly. My hubby and I are at the coast for the weekend and while I'd love to sit and write, I'm not sure it'll happen and that's okay. It's okay to be intentional with time and take a break from doing other things that can consume that time. So, I may or may not get around to blogging this weekend. That's okay, come back Tuesday for sure!
(I love the house we're staying in. Filled with cute signs)
I'll leave you today with a few pics. What is something you might need to take a break from for something else? Whether for a day or a more extended time. It's important to always think through the things we do and ask ourselves, is this still worth doing? Do I need to let go permanently or just for awhile? I'm part of a group, The Secret Recipe Club, and I have loved it, but there have been times I've asked myself why I'm doing it. A few weeks ago, we got an email saying that they were ending the club for various reasons, and I was okay with it, because maybe ultimately I needed to break from it, but was having a hard time doing so. I wasn't as intentional as I had been in the past. Maybe I'll find another club to join, or maybe I won't. It's okay either way.

    1. Thank you...it was a great house..There were only two of us, but my hubby had rented it hoping our girls could come for one night, but it just didn't work out with their schedules.
