Simple Woman Dayplanner
FOR TODAY
Outside my window...The sun is up, the sky is blue, it's going to be a beautiful day.
I am thinking...Of how the day is going to come together.
I am thankful...For my family, my husband, daughters, and all the others I have the privilege of calling "family"
In the kitchen...A fresh pot of coffee waiting to be made, breakfast waiting to be eaten.
I am wearing...black adidas capris and a blue t-shirt, with wintery warm cozy socks.
I am creating...I am beginning to attempt to get my creative mojo going again...starting with simply being creative with my Dayplanner (physical planner)...not quite as obsessive as some out there do (never knew there was such a thing till recently), but since I use my planner everyday, trying to make it creative and inspirational
I am going...to be intentional this week with exercising. I did great the last several days...just gotta keep it up.
I am wondering...what the plan for dinner will be, if it will be leftovers or if I will have time to make something.
I am reading...I just started reading The Antelope in the Living Room, and also continuing to read The Nesting Place
I am hoping...to begin saving up for a new camera lens.
I am looking forward to...some more nice days...here in the PNW we've been experiencing 60+ temps the last several days.
I am learning...to be content with each day and what it holds.
Around the house...uploading pictures, little guy we babysit is playing sweetly, Today Show playing in the background, my youngest is still asleep.
I am pondering...how to make the money stretch...aren't we all!
A favorite quote for today...
One of my favorite things...the laughter of children...I love when the little ones we watch bust out in belly laughs and giggles.
A few plans for the rest of the week: Lots of errands, but hopefully some time for me.
A peek into my day...Lots of errands, pick up my daughters wedding dress from the cleaners, plant two blueberry bushes, watch The Voice :)
I would be so much better if I would just schedule exercise. I wonder if that would mean I would really do it! Don't you just love The Nesting Place?
ReplyDeleteKirstin, I really enjoyed your Daybook. Love The Voice! I've been having fun with my Planner, too, using ideas I've found on Pinterest. Like you, I had no idea that this is a big thing. I'm so impressed with how creative people can be.
ReplyDeleteI need to start a "get me a new camera lens" fund!! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteAdorable planner... love the learning to be content part!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
