I'm a Winner

 I'm a winner no matter what (and so are you by the way), but I really did win something....and I couldn't be more excited!! Earlier in the week I entered this contest. Sandy, over at Reluctant Entertainer, along with The Hip Hostess, and Red Letter Words hosted this amazing contest. What did I win? 

• A Beautiful Gallery Wrapped 12 x 12 Canvas with Hebrews 13:2 on it.
• A Hip Hostess Apron, which I've drooled over for awhile now but just could never seem to justify spending the money on an apron (though I would if I could).
• A copy of Sandy's book, Reluctant Entertainer. I purchased this book last year, but I have a few friends who have been wanting to read it so I'm going to give it as a gift. I'm so excited.

I can't wait to receive these wonderful prizes and blog on them. I do chuckle at the fact that I'll be wearing an apron that does NOT cover the upper half of my body, which happens to be the half that I always manage to get dirty! But it'll be fun and I can't wait!

I love reading Sandy's blog and gleaning inspiration for entertaining. Isn't it so wonderful how we all have something to offer someone else. We never get to a point that we are beyond learning from others, both older and younger. I appreciate that so much!

Today I am taking my younger sister (my only sister, my only sibling) out to lunch for her birthday (which was yesterday). I'm excited to give her the gift I have for her and I'll post on it later today or tomorrow hopefully!
