Home Is.....Beautiful Art and Photography

Today at Home Is.....the focus is on beautiful art and photography on our walls. I hesitated to link to this because I really don't have much on my walls right now. We've been in our home almost 2 years and hubby is still hesitant about filling the walls with holes (I guess the newness still needs to wear off, or I need to just find more artwork or print pictures to put on the walls.)

However, I did decide to post and just share a few of the photos on our walls. I'm a big fan of personal photos and artwork. I love looking at the artwork and photos that I see on other blogs as they give me great inspiration. I can't wait to continue  adding warmth to my walls.
(this painting was done by a friend of mine. She does prophetic art at our church and I fell in love with this)

Pictures and various artwork add such warmth and ooze comfort when they are placed throughout a home. I'm immediately drawn to walls and thoroughly enjoy walking around looking at pictures and hearing the stories behind them.
(Even before we got married, I would see this print in stores and ALWAYS wanted it. We bought it with wedding money and had it framed and matted. It is still one of my favorites...forgive the horrible photography on it)

Head to Sandy's and see what's on her walls (I love them by the way).
(our own collection of family photos)..wow, my picture taking this morning was not good at all (C:
