Works For Me Wednesday: Facebook
If you have not discovered the world of Facebook, you are missing out. A friend mentioned it to me several months ago and I thought "okay, I'll check it out." I'm hooked. It is an awesome way to reconnect with friends and family. I have recently connected with some cousins and an aunt who live across the states and whom I have seen or talked to in years, not to mention old college and high school friends. I've even connected more with a few fellow bloggers. My oldest daughter (13) has a facebook as well, and I feel like it's much safer than myspace, and she actually likes it better than her myspace. You can post pictures, take quizzes, send messages, chat and so much more. You can post events, play games and just let people know what you're up to.
