Menu Plan Monday: It's beginning to feel like fall
The last few days have been on the chilly side here in the NW. There've been more showers and I'm just feeling like eating yummy comfort foods. Plus many comfort foods can be made in the crockpot which will help me in getting meals on the table even when working at our property.
So I'm think for this next week, some soups and casseroles. Oh, and can't forget the homemade rolls and salad.
This week on the table:
Chicken Paprikash
Chili with cornbread and lots of veggies
Potato Soup with salad and rolls
Tuna Casserole with salad
Baked chicken with asparagus and potato or rice
Grilled sandwiches
Quiche
With Joy UNquenchable,
Sounds good! I'm still planning on mine. I wish we'd have some more cool days here soon - I'm in the mood to make big pots of soup, but it's too warm. :~(
