Kat's California Trip

Kat was invited to go to Six Flags and Great America with her good friend. They have been friends since they were little and she lived across the street from us. She has since moved and they really only get to see each other a few times a year, but they love each other and have so much fun together. So often times her family will invite Kat to go on trips with them. A few summers ago they went to Idaho. This time it was California. She was excited and nervous. Nervous I think because we had already been gone alot the last month and she is a homebody. But she went and she loved it.

She's crazy though. I can't believe some of the rides they went on. Not me!! I'd be the one taking the pictures from the ground.

Some of the pictures are a little blurry so it's hard to see, but that's okay. Ready to leave. They took off at 4:30 in the morning. The entrance to Great America

Okay...they are above the trees...that would make me a bit nervous.

I wish this was a little clearer...that would be so cool.

So all in all she had a great time....okay, now I'm off to make breakfast and get ready to head to the fireworks tent.
