Several of our meals from my menu last week didn't get made. We just ended up being gone during the day, or hubby went out for lunch and really wasn't hungry for dinner. We often have things going on in the evenings and I would rather my family not eat a huge meal at 9:00, so we'll opt for cereal or smoothies on those types of days. So I'll repeat a few meals (you can go to last weeks post for the recipes).
This weeks Menu:
Salmon with Potatos and salad or broccoli
Chicken chimichangas with spanish rice and refried beans
Chicken paprikash with salad
Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and a veggie
Some type of soup and maybe a stirfry.I go shopping this week so I'll probably browse your menus and see what else I can find. I did make yummy chicken soup yesterday with homemade rolls. We recently purchased a Vita Mix and I bought some wheat berries last grocery trip so I ground my own wheat flour. It was fun. And the rolls were yummy With Joy UNquenchable,
