Last week went pretty well and I was able to stick with the menu. A few days didn't happen, so I'll simply carry those over to this week. The beauty of a menu is that there's no panicked searching for what to make. It's there, and if needed you can flip flop, move around, or delete an item. But you know you have all the ingredients handy.
This weeks menu:
Monday: ham and cheeseQuiche
Tuesday: taco salad
Wednesday: Broccoli and wild rice soup
Friday: Turkey burgers, salad, kettle chips, ice cream cake
Saturday: white chicken chili
Sunday: breaded chicken, mashed potatoes
