Recipe: Pioneer Woman's BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

For Today...

Outside my window... it's promising to be a beautiful, warm day in the Northwest. No April showers here. I am thinking... how excited I am to begin work on my garden. From the learning rooms... Staying caught up so we can finish on time. I am thankful for... friends and neighbors working together to get things done. From the kitchen... Hopefully BBQing today if I can get the BBQ working!! I want to try making Pierogis sometime this week. I am wearing... cotton shorts and a t-shirt I am reading... Loving on Purpose by Danny Silk I am hoping... that my BBQ will work. I really want to BBQ. I am creating... a collection of pictures of my niece to put on discs.  I am hearing... silence other than the shower running. Around the house... everyones sleeping, I need to get the girls school ready for the week. I had a headache last night so it didn't get done. One of my favorite things... is spending time with friends and family A few plans for the rest of the week... go to the tulip festival in town and take pictures, run errands, work in the yard and babysit my niece. Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...my garden area! It's tilled and now waiting for some compost to be delivered.
