Quick Check in

I'm checking in real quick. I'm at the church (where I can connect to the internet and thought I'd shoot out a quick post before heading home to make some yummy chicken and spinach stuffed shells for our church potluck tomorrow. 

Our internet is down at home and so I've had no way to really post. I could use my iphone (got one...but haven't been able to post about that either), but for some reason I can't write in the main body section. Weird! So I can only read and comment. 

So, in a nutshell, I have two recipes I hope to post next week, and the other day received two seed catalogs in the mail and stopped at the library and picked up a huge Encyclopedia of gardening book. Yippee!!! 

I also received 4 free pallets so I can make a compost bin! Sandy at Reluctant Entertainer posted on them in the fall and I'm going to give it a shot. 

Things have been going well! Except that the internet hasn't worked since Wednesday! We're not sure what the problem is. The company is waiting on some equipment that will help our area stop being so intermittent.

Okay, I need to get home to help Kat make a cake and get my stuff made! Just wanted to pop in and say that I'm not MIA.
